RSC Public Lecture: Alzheimer's disease-treatments and tests on the horizon

Introduction
There are currently 750,000 people diagnosed with dementia in Britain today which is estimated to reach one million by 2025. Professor Simon Lovestone will show how current research in dementia holds great promise both in trying to understand the mechanisms to find new treatments and in researching biomarkers to help identify the condition at an earlier stage.
