Introduction
Our speaker for this year's RSC East Anglia Gourmet Dinner is Professor Julian Cooper, Food Scientist,  342 Consulting Limited. Professor Cooper has over 35 years experience in the food industry, from Research Chemist to Head of Food Science and Product Development. His talk, entitled "Challenges of Food Redesign", will be followed by dinner at the Edmunds Restaurant, in West Suffolk College. 
Programme of the evening:
6:00 – 6:30 pm – Canapés/drinks reception 
6:30 – 7:30 pm – Talk by Professor Julian Cooper
7:30 pm onwards – meal at Edmunds Restaurant
RSC Members + 1 guest - £25 each 
Extra guests - £32 each 

Includes the Gourmet Dinner and a glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic drink.
