The RSC Organic Chemistry Community Ireland Regional Meeting 2023 will involve presentations by organic chemists from universities around Ireland, and will conclude with a presentation by 2022 Interdisciplinary Prize winner Prof. Jason Micklefield from the University of Manchester. Prof. Micklefield received this award in recognition of his innovative research spanning organic chemistry to molecular genetics, leading to the discovery, characterisation, and engineering of many novel enzymes.
