How to deal with the issues of emerging contaminants of concern in the aquatic environment

Introduction
This one-day meeting has three distinct themes covering the Industry Perspective, Regulatory Issues and the Monitoring and Fate of Emerging Contaminants.

Presentations will aim to address the presence of wide range of contaminants including pharmaceuticals and personal care products, antibiotics, veterinary medicines, plant protection products (pesticides, herbicides, fungicides), Per- and Poly-fluorinated Substances (PFAS) and microplastics.

The meeting will be of interest to those involved in the following sectors:
