This highly interactive and engaging online event is split over three days and will be a blend of focused learning sessions to help your career development. We will also be celebrating chemical science employers who have recently gained Royal Society of Chemistry accredited status and members who have achieved CChem status.

This session will cover what is involved in mentoring others to achieve Chartered Chemist. We will look at some common challenges and how to overcome them, top tips for successful mentoring and support available to you.
