Introduction

This Meeting is organized by Prof. Ángela Sastre (Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche) and Prof. José M. Sansano (University of Alicante).
The scientific program of the event will consist of 6 plenary lectures,
16 invited lectures, 22 oral presentations and also two poster sessions.
