Introduction
Redefining the Chemical Status Quo: Women Catalysts for Equality" is a Global Women’s Breakfast
(GWB) 2025 event that aims to unite chemists and advocates to explore actionable strategies for
promoting gender equity in the chemical sciences. This engaging platform will celebrate the
achievements of women chemists, challenge systemic barriers, and inspire future generations
through meaningful discussions and networking opportunities.

Purpose/Objectives:
1. The event will address gender disparities and explore solutions to foster inclusivity in chemical research and practice.
2. Highlight the pivotal roles women have played in advancing the chemical sciences.
3. Build networks to support professional growth and inspire the next generation of chemists.
4. Advocate for equitable policies and practices in academia, industry, and research institutions within the chemical sciences

Target Audience:
1. Students (High school, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate levels).
2. Early­career researchers and professionals in the Chemical Sciences
3. Established scientists and educators.
4. Community leaders and advocates for gender equality
