We have arranged for members to have a guided tour of Sizewell B Nuclear Power Station on monday 20th Ocrober sraarting at 13.00 hrs.
After a verbal untroduction to the plant, members will visit the site and be shown many operational areas of the plant. The tour is quite extensive and involves many outside areas so members should dress according to the weather at the time. There are also rules on the type of clothes and shoes which must be worn. This will be covered before the event. As it is a strategic power site then people attending must provide information to cover background and security checks. This will involve name, adress, Nationality. date of birth, car registration number. Attendees must also bring a form of photo ID such as driving licence, passport. All this will be covered by me in advance but this information must be sent no later than 3 weeks before the event.
