Experienced New Product Development project and portfolio Director delivering both market disruptive and non-disruptive product launches. Directed global technical support activities and developed and managed large global teams of scientists, engineers, market-facing and regulatory staff.
Driven JV, start-up partnerships and due diligence programmes for multi-national companies. Strong academic background, an Honorary Professor at Exeter University for research into additive manufacturing technology.
Change, regulatory and quality Management expert having implemented six sigma Operational and Design disciplines, run ISO17015, ISO13485, IATF 16949 & AS9100 certified facilities, plus introduced Digital R&D platforms in support of agile/in-silico first development methodology. Ex-Chair of UK & European Trade Association Regulatory Committees for Inks & Coatings on Food Packaging (BCF-PITC & EuPIA-PI-Food).
